His Excellency Acting Minister of Justice met with the Chinese Ambassador

At the beginning of the meeting, his Excellency Acting Minister of Justice welcomed the Chinese Ambassador Wang Yu and the accompanying delegation and thanked them that they continue their support to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan as a friendly country

In the meeting, his Excellency Acting Minister of Justice stated that the Islamic Emirate will implement the constitution of the era of former King Mohammad Zahir for interim period without any content that is in conflict with Islamic Sharia (Jurisprudence) and the principles of the Islamic Emirate. Moreover, international laws and instruments which are not in conflict with the principles of Sharia and the Islamic Emirate will be respected as well.

He said that the Islamic Emirate wants good relations with all countries and thus, the countries of the region and the world are assured that the territory of Afghanistan will not be used against them.

Furthermore, the Acting Minister of Justice added that it is a great pleasure that after the end of the occupation and the last 40 years of war in the country, Afghans, across the country, are witnesses of the real peace and stability and all staff of the previous administration are entitled to the decree of amnesty of His Excellency Ameer - ul Mumineen, (May Allah save him).

Afterwards, the Chinese Ambassador expressed his happiness that after the Islamic Emirate took control of the country, the security situation is improving day-to-day and now, the people are able to continue their daily activities without any fear.

"It is honorable that the members of the Islamic Emirate are committed to solving the economic problems of the people and struggling terrorism," he said.

He added that he would uphold diplomatic relations with the Islamic Emirate and work for the lifting of sanctions imposed on the Islamic Emirate at the international level.

The Acting Minister of Justice also said: "The members of the Islamic Emirate, neither before nor now, are in favor of war and conflict; however, they are in favor of Sharia law and reforming of regime and; therefore, the Islamic Emirate did in short time and empty hand to gain support of our people and save the country from foreign invaders.

In the end, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continue their bilateral cooperation and respect for each other's territorial integrity.
