Deputy Director of Legislation Affairs Institute and the Director of Criminal Law Department were Introduced
The deputy director of legislation affairs and academic-legal research institute of Ministry of Justice and the director of criminal law department of this directorate who were appointed in accordance with the proposal of this ministry and approval of the High Office of Prime Ministry, today on June 26th, were introduced to other directors and staff during a ceremony by Mufti Fazal Hadi Sahibzada, the general director of legislation affairs and the newly appointed in charges initiated their tasks.
Based on the decree of supreme authority of prime ministry of Islamic Emirate, respected Mawlawi Ruknuldeen has appointed in the second grade post as the deputy of the general directorate of legislative affairs and academic-legal research institute and esteemed Ashraf Khan Azimi has been appointed in the same grade as the director of criminal law department were appoint.
Respected Mufti Fazal Hadi Sahibzada, the general director of the legislative affairs institute, during the introduction of the above mentioned officials pointed out that substitution and replacement of the employees is accepted as an administrative principle and it is conducted for improvement of the affairs, and appreciated the ex-deputy and director of criminal law department for their services and performances.
He congratulated the new positions to the deputy and director of criminal law department and wished them success.
