Guidance for the Associations referring to the Cohesion Office for the Registration

The registration process of associations take less time and the required documents for the registration thereof includes table of founders’ members, board of directors and financial managers, statute of association, application, symbol or logo which initiates after the completion of the above mentioned documents. The place and the modality of its registration is seen, the founders of the associations are referred to the Attorney General through formal proposal in order to ascertain that the afore mentioned members have not been deprived of their political and civil rights. The statute of association is studied and after assuring of their compliance with the provisions of Law on Social Associations, the activity license shall be issued to the respective association.
