The Project of Building a Mosque by China was inaugurated in Ministry of Justice
The project of building a mosque and drilling of two deep wells in the compound of Ministry of Justice which are donated by the People Republic of China, was inaugurated by Acting Minister of Justice and Ambassador of China to Kabul.
Acting Minister of Justice Sheikh Abdul Hakim Sharae appreciated the Chinese government for the funding and implementing of developmental projects in Afghanistan at the inauguration ceremony of this project and saying that a country that helps rebuild Afghanistan after four decades of war is in the hearts of Afghans and it shows the goodwill of the Chinese government.
He added that for the past 40 years, bombs have been dropped in Afghanistan and have left thousands of young martyrs, thousands of child orphan and thousands of women widows. He emphasized that the Islamic Emirate had liberated the country from occupation with countless causalities and that the security of Afghans has now been ensured.
The Acting Minister of Justice emphasized that now it is the time to rebuild Afghanistan and we call on all countries to stand with the Afghans like Chinese government and help rebuild this country.
He also called on the countries of the world to recognize the Islamic Emirate, because the Islamic Emirate has completed all recognition requirements. He added that the United States and western countries raise human rights violations, women rights violation, non-inclusive government and denial of education to girls; but at the same time in the same countries, the number of murders, crimes, suicide and other crimes is many times higher than in Afghanistan.
Shaikh Abdul Hakim Sharei asserted that no political system has ever forgiven its enemy which has fought against it for more than 20 years, but the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has announced general amnesty which indicates to how extend we are committed to the human rights. Regarding the government's non-inclusiveness, he said that 90% of the former government’s employees are currently working in the departments and that all ethnic groups and strata are present in the current government. He accentuated that the private universities are currently active all over the country and both boys and girls are actively engaged in their studies, but activating the public universities and girls' schools require some procedures to be passed and costs to be allocated according to Islamic Sharia; however, the countries which criticize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for this matters, have themselves frozen the assets of Afghanistan. He clarified that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is not against the girls’ education, but they want their esteem and dignity to be preserved as well. On the other hand, Mr. Wang Yu, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China in Kabul, expressed his delight with the commencement of two projects in the Ministry of Justice and said that China has always had friendly relations with Afghanistan and has observed good neighborhood and proximity. He stressed that Afghanistan is an important neighbor for China and the two countries have a history of bilateral interaction. He said that China respects Afghanistan's independence, national sovereignty and territorial integrity meantime, continuing to work together in various areas.
He added that China supports Afghanistan achieving peace, stability and economic development as soon as possible. In his view, China has taken steps for this reason and president and foreign minister of the mentioned country have attended various conferences on Afghanistan and announced China's policy towards Afghanistan.
Mr. Wang Yu noted that Chinese leaders had called on countries around the world to contact the new Afghan government and increase aid, and called on the United States to release its frozen assets; so that Afghanistan could overcome the existing problems.
Referring to the mosque construction project at the Ministry of Justice, he said that China has more mosques than any other Western countries and that the Uyghur Muslim population is growing in that country. However, some countries, which are putting pressure on Afghanistan in the name of democracy, have also launched negative propaganda against China.
Zabihullah Mujahid, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture and spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, also spoke at the event. He thanked the Chinese government for its cooperation with Afghanistan and said that Afghanistan wants good relations with all countries and also wants to further strengthen relations with China.
He added that the Islamic Emirate also had good relations with China during the jihad through the Doha office, and these relations have been continuing. He assured the Chinese government that the Islamic Emirate would not interfere in the internal affairs of any country and would not allow Afghan territory to be used against other countries. Mr. Mujahid said that Afghanistan had taken strong steps in its relations with China, including the export of Afghan pine nuts to China which can bring billions of dollars to the country annually. He said that now, they need the investment of other countries to get out of the current economic crisis.
He also called on other countries in the world to establish diplomatic relations with the Islamic Emirate And stop using force and pressure. He called on the People's Republic of China to take steps to recognize the Islamic Emirate and also he wants others countries to recognize the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
In this ceremony, in addition to the inauguration of two projects supported by the Chinese government, the greenery project of the Ministry of Justice, which was recently started also inaugurated and put into operation.
