The Message of the Acting Minister of Justice
The Acting Minister of Justice met with the Chinese ambassador on Monday Sep. 26th, 2021. During the discussion of interested issues, the Chinese ambassador asked The Acting Minister of Justice about the applicable constitution.
The Acting Minister of Justice in reply to the question of Chinese ambassador said with the exception of those articles which are contrary to the provisions of Sharia (Jurisprudence) or contrary to the policy and rules of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and or contrary to the national interest, the constitution of King Zahir Shah of 1343 (1964) is applicable.
Therefore, without the above mentioned exception, any kind of remarks and interpretation about the statement of the Acting Minister of Justice about the constitution is the act against the principles of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and considered disloyalty to the principles and policy of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
