Collecting of approximately 20 Million Revenues in Afghanis from the Issuance of Real Estate Agencies and Petition Writers’ Licenses

The General Directorate of Cohesion of Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate has issued licenses to (1) thousand and (734) real estate agencies and petition writers’ applicants over the course of last 9 months and as a result of that has collected almost 20 million revenues in Afghanis.

During this period of time, 1 thousand and 211 real estate agencies and petition writers have been provided with licenses, of which 375 licenses have been renewed and other 836 remaining licenses have been newly issued.

Furthermore, this directorate has issued licenses to 523 applicants, amongst which 311 licenses have been renewed and other 192 remaining the new licenses.

The total revenue being collected by the issuance of these licenses and the fining of some real estate agencies due to their violations amounts to 19 million and 992 thousand and 441 Afghanis, and it was deposited to the treasury of Islamic Emirates. 

The investigation board of directorate of cohesion has overseen 750 offices of real estate agencies over the course of this period as a consequence of which 225 offices of real estate agencies have been blocked owing to their illegal activities.
