The Commission on Uncollectable Loans Holds Meeting to Finalize its Procedure

The Uncollectable Loans Commission’s meeting held on October 8^th 2019 under the chairmanship of H.E. Dr. Abdul Basir Anwar the justice minister of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Chair of this commission, and in participation of commission members, to finalize the procedure of the said commission.

In this meeting, the draft procedure of the commission on Uncollectable Loans was exhaustively discussed, and the participants presented their reformative ideas and suggestions for further enrichment of this draft.

This procedure is being codified in order to regulate the issues related to manner of fulfilling activities and convening meetings of the commission and expediting the process of recovering the uncollectable loans.

The Uncollectable Loans Commission is presided by the ministry of justice of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and the representatives of the Supreme Court, Attorney General Office, Ministry of Interior Affairs, Ministry of Finance, National Directorate of Security, Independent Bar Association and Da Afghanistan Bank constitute the members of this commission.
